- Provides analytical underpinning for the establishment and refinement of U.S. Marketing's long term strategies
- Prepares actionable recommendations outlining ?implementation plans and key milestones
- Develops control plans to monitors progress in U.S. Marketing's Long-Range Plan with respect to approved activities relating to approved strategy and action plans
- Supports/ participates in U.S. Marketing's initiatives as appropriate
? ? Basic/Required:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Downstream or Commercial experience ?
- MBA
- Solid understanding of U.S. Marketing's business
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to effectively collaborate and drive to decisions across a diverse group of employees
- Ability to distill complex sets of disparate business data into meaningful, concise information that drives business strategies and/or tactical implementation plans (strong analytical skills)
- Understands U.S. Marketing's business profitability drivers
- Ability to ?frame recommendations in alignment with articulated U.S. Marketing strategic intent and develop tactical implementation plans
- Ability to work independently and under time constraints
- Ability to work cross-functionally
