The 19 year old was looking fashionable (and far less like?Robyn) as she strutted down the street in her combat boots, denim shorts and an Army-print long-sleeve shirt tied around her waist. And while Miley?s platinum pixie cut was met with quite a backlash last week, the upcoming?Two And A Half Men guest star seems to still be happily standing by her hair-raising decision.
